BB “Yes. IF they are overweight they ask how the surgery works and if it would help them.”

CNY Have you told your friends that you have had surgery and what do they think about it?
BB “Yes. People ask how I lost weight and I tell them about my surgery and my eating habits (what I eat and how much”.

CNY Which procedure did you choose to have and why?
BB “The Lap Band because after failing at diet and health problems I felt in need of th surgery and am glad that I did it!”

CNY What is the hardest lifestyle change that you have had to deal with?
BB “Buying new clotghes!”

CNY Are there any foods that you have trouble eating?
BB “Slaw”

CNY What foods, if any, do you miss eating?
BB “Bread mostly, and potatoes”.

CNY What types of activities do you do for your exercise?
BB “Walking, running, lifting weights, and rubber band exercises”.

CNY Any words of wisdom for our present patients or for people thinking about surgery?
BB “Yes anyone thinking that they can’t lose weight CAN with surgery and the doctor’s help. I have piece of mind and with the weight gone I feel better and have better overall healthy. My blood pressure and sugar are better. I would tell anyone wanting help with their weight to have this surgery”.
