They’re very hard working and help when you’re struggling with food choices and exercise all I do is call and they’re very helpful.I’ve only felt lectured when I was eating bad food and not exercising and falling back into old bad habits. He keeps me accountable and I need that to be successful.

They have been very encouraging through this journey and have monthly support group meetings on zoom so you can talk to others who are on this journey with you.
